Grow Your Pest Control Business

Successfuldream Pest Control is a referral service. We do not hire employees or run crews. Instead, we invite independent pest control and wildlife removal businesses to join our network and receive calls and requests from homeowners in Eagle Harbor and the Eagle Harbor area.

Many of those homeowners live in older houses. They want someone who knows what a century of repairs can hide. If that sounds like your kind of work, read on.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent providers who treat homeowners well. That can include:

• General pest control for ants, spiders, roaches, crickets and similar pests
• Bed bug treatment and residential pest control plans
• Termite inspection and treatment
• Rodent control, exclusion and wildlife removal

Experience with colonial and split-level homes, basements, crawl spaces, rowhouses and aging building materials is a plus. So is a habit of explaining things in plain language.

What We Expect

Providers stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule and terms. In return, we ask that you:

• Hold every license and permit your state requires
• Carry the insurance that fits your work
• Respond to homeowner requests politely and promptly
• Give written quotes before starting work
• Describe your services honestly, with no pressure tactics
• Take care with older floors, plaster, wiring and plumbing

We do not promise a set number of requests, and demand changes with the seasons. Humid summers and cold snaps tend to shift what homeowners need.

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A few lines about how you handle older homes

We review each note and reply if there is a fit. Because this is a referral arrangement, details are shared directly by email.
